Hi there, Juan! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm always happy when a fellow Floridian stops by to chat about Disney!
Juan, I think you might be asking about upgrading your
Florida Resident Annual Pass, so I'll start with some advice on how to do that. If you actually need to know how to update your account information, stay tuned! I'll cover making changes to your Annual Passholder account in just a bit. Ok? Here we goooo...!
To
upgrade your Florida Resident Annual Pass, the first thing you need to know is the expiration date on your current pass. If you're within the renewal window (60 days before and 30 days after the pass expires),
you can simply renew at the new level. If your Annual Pass isn't expiring soon, you'll need to visit a Guest Relations location at a Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park or at
Disney Springs, and a Cast Member will help you figure out your options for upgrading.
If you need to update your account, you can go into your profile on
My Disney Experience and make some basic changes. You can also
give the Annual Passholders line at Disney's Guest Relations a call and again, a Cast Member will be happy to help you make any changes needed.
I hope this helps you enjoy lots and lots of Disney days to come, Juan! Please drop by and see us again if you have any more questions!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
