Hello! We have an upcoming trip in December, but have tickets from a trip we took in February of this year still active, will Disney send me new card tickets for our upcoming trip in December? Or should I deactivate the ones from February?

    Season's greetings, Jennifer!

Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for stopping by to ask us this magical question! I am so excited that you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort during the most wonderful time of the year, as you will be able to experience so many unique offerings. In my opinion, there is truly no better way to spread the holiday chEAR than by visiting the Disney Parks!

If you have unused tickets from your trip in February, it is possible that they may have expired or that they may not be visible in your My Disney Experience account. However, the best part about Disney theme park tickets is that unused tickets can be credited when purchasing new tickets! To make sure you can benefit from this, you must contact a Cast Member via chat, email or phone so they can apply that credit for you.

Now, Jennifer, I thought I would share some of my favourite Holiday offerings that you may be able to experience on your next trip! First, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is, in my opinion, a must-do. Indeed, the Christmas Parties have festive fireworks, entertainment, a Christmas parade, holiday treats and merchandise, and even overlays on some of your favourite rides! Second, I always love to visit the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays for its delicious food booths, the seasonal activities and the Candlelight Processional featuring some of your favourite celebrities. It is also a great way to learn about different Holiday traditions from around the world! Lastly, don't forget the Resort hotels! All Resort hotels get themed Christmas trees, and a few even build jaw-dropping gingerbread displays. The one at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, though, is always my favourite, as you can even buy gingerbread cookies and other festive treats right from their gingerbread house!

I hope this was helpful, Jennifer, and that you and your Ohana will have the best day ever on your next Disney vacation. If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your trip, please don't hesitate to reach back out. There are so many great ways to ring in the season at the Walt Disney World Resort!

Have a happy, merry, holly, jolly day,

    Ariane
