Hello, I have an upcoming trip with the 4 day 4 park magic ticket and this ticket states a reservation is not necessary to be booked. I am wondering if I am still able to preregister for DAS even though I do not have a reservation linked to my account?

Hi there, Charlie!  You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney!

Your Walt Disney World Resort visit is just a couple of weeks away!  I'm sure you're getting excited to experience all the Disney thrills, so let's get this question answered for you.

You are correct that theme park reservations are not required for Guests using the 4-Day, 4-Park Magic Ticket.  However, if you qualify for Disability Access Service (DAS), you should still be able to preregister for DAS using the live video chat.  When you participate in the live video chat, the Cast Member assisting you will be able to access the information in your My Disney Experience account.  As long as you have your park tickets linked to your account, the Cast Member will be able to see that you have valid park admission that does not require theme park reservations.

If you haven't linked your park tickets to your My Disney Experience account, it's easy to do.  Simply open your My Disney Experience mobile app and click on the three lines in the bottom-right corner of your screen.  Next, select "Tickets and Passes."  In the Tickets and Passes section of the app, you should see "Link Tickets & Passes" near the top of your screen.  If you don't see this heading, click on the plus sign in the upper-right corner of the screen to access this option.  Once you click on "Link Tickets & Passes" you should select "Type ID." Next, under the "Admission Media" heading you can enter the ID number from your tickets.  You should then be able to assign each ticket to a Guest from your Family & Friends List, and you'll be all set.

Charlie, I hope this information is helpful as you get ready for your trip.  If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to ask.  My fellow planDisney panelists and I are all ears!  See ya real soon!
