    I have upcoming tickets and reservations at Epcot on December 30. Am I able to cancel the tickets for refund? On person May not be able to make it. Also can I transfer the person who cannot come to somebody who can come with both ticket and reservation

    Hi Dominick!

    The holidays at Walt Disney World are so festive! The parks are decked out in zillions of twinkling lights, thousands of bright red poinsettias, and hundreds of brilliantly decorated Christmas trees. Epcot's International Festival of Holidays has so many cookies and a world of Santas. 

    Theme park tickets do offer flexibility, so you may reassign it to another person or modify the date.  If your friend would like to visit on another day, you can modify the date on the My Disney Experience app under "Tickets and Passes", then "Change Tickets". If you decide to give the ticket to someone else, head to "Tickets and Passes", then "Reassign Ticket". The new ticket holder will need to be on your Friends and Family list for the exchange to work. Tickets are not refundable.
