Hiya, Misty, and welcome back to planDisney! Thank you so much for making us your go-to resource for Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning information and advice! It's an honor to help you today!
Misty, I understand how you feel about not being able to snag tickets for
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. I've been in that situation before!
I have not seen
Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks at Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party as an on-demand option on the resort television. You might be able to find a recording of it online and mirror your phone to your in-room television.
When I am not inside a Disney Theme Park during a nighttime spectacular, you can bet I'm watching it from afar! When we stay at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel that doesn't have a view of nearby fireworks, I like to make
Advance Dining Reservations at a different hotel so that we can enjoy complimentary parking, a delicious meal, and watch the fireworks.
Wailulu Bar & Grill at Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows is my new favorite dining location, and it offers a distant view of Cinderella Castle. This would be a great place to have dinner and see the fireworks! Check available times online to secure your spot. If you prefer not to have a meal, you can still visit the resorts around the Monorail. Just take complimentary Walt Disney World Resort
transportation and find a spot along the water's edge or dock before the fireworks begin.
Misty, I hope this is helpful to you as you prepare for your vacation. Please stop by planDisney with any other questions you have!
See ya real soon!
Jennifer
