We have an upcoming stay at Disney's Caribbean Beach resort. Is the path around the resort still available with the construction? My daughter loves to run that loop, and we would like to make sure she can still do that?

Hello and a warm welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Grace!

How excited you must be about your upcoming stay at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort right in the middle of all the Walt Disney World Adventures that await your arrival!

Great strides have been taken to ensure as convenient an experience as possible and from what I have read, my understanding is that some portions of the walkways circling Barefoot Bay have been closed down as of the time of this response to you. As things change quite quickly, I would recommend you contact Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort at (407) 939-1822 for a more accurate update closer to your scheduled visit, which may bring you more favourable news about the refurbishment and areas of interest to you.

You may wish to complete your Disney Resort hotel Online Check-In 60-days before your stay to expedite your arrival at the Front Desk, where you will also receive your complimentary MagicBands.

Grace have you included a Disney Dining Plan during your stay? What an enjoyable way to enjoy great flexibility with such a pre-paid package! And, don’t forget to customize your plans with My Disney Experience and download the free My Disney Experience mobile app to optimize your visit.

We thank you for consulting us, Grace and look forward to being of any assistance again soon!

    Best Disney Wishes!
