Good Morning, Amy! Thanks for sailing all the way across the pond with your question about storing your stroller aboard the
Disney Wish!
The convenience of a stroller of any size can't be overstated when visiting
Walt Disney World Resort, but I'm definitely "Team No Strollers" when aboard any of the
Disney Cruise Line fleet - stairs all day with our kiddo, too!
When it comes to the Disney Wish, unfortunately, your crew will have to store the stroller in your stateroom. I can tell you that the space under the bed in every stateroom is roughly 14 inches (that's 35.5 cm for you metric users) which I hope will be sufficient to store your stroller in its collapsed form! If not, I know we've had luck finding plenty of space in a corner of our staterooms - especially if we were in a Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom, where the extra space near the porthole really comes in handy for oversized luggage and strollers!
While that may not be the news you wanted to hear, I do know that if you and your crew would rather not wrestle with your stroller during the embarkation process, you can use one of your luggage tags to tag your stroller as checked luggage, so it will show up at your stateroom alongside your other belongings after you depart on the first night!
I WISH I had better news, but hope you'll agree that once you're aboard the
Disney Wish,
enjoying everything that's included in your
Disney Cruise Line vacation, the small inconvenience of your stroller in your stateroom will fade away like the sun over the horizon! Thank you so much for your question, Amy, and if any others surface as you make your final checks, please drop us another line here at planDisney!
Fair winds and following seas!
Andrew
