We have upcoming split stay at Disney resorts, will Disney transport my luggage for me and if so, how long will it take to get to the new resort? We have Halloween Party tickets and want to be at the park by 4pm.

Hello and welcome to planDisney Deana!

Congratulations on your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort stay! Even a split stay is just as magical because you get twice the magic in one trip. To top it off, you get to experience Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! That is my kind of vacation!

Yes, as long as both resorts are Disney Resort Hotels, you can have your luggage transferred. Just drop off your luggage at Bell Services and inform them where your next resort reservation is, and they will take it from there. As far as the length of time it will take, your luggage will arrive by the end of the day, but I recommend asking the cast member when you drop off your bags as they would be able to give you a more accurate arrival timeframe.

We will be here if you have additional questions.

    Have a magical vacation!
