Some recent updates were made to
My Disney Experience, so you may not be able to find your reservation balances listed where they had been before. I'm happy to help you find that information! Log in to your account and click on the My Disney Experience logo in the top right corner of the screen. Select "My Plans" from the drop-down menu. You'll see "Andrea's Plans and Tickets" on the screen with five planning icons (Family & Friends, Resort Hotel, Park Tickets, Dining, and FastPass+). Scroll past them until you see "My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets." You
should see "Make a Payment" listed next to the Resort hotel reservation details. If you don't, it's quite possible that Stitch has gotten into the system and caused a little glitch. Not to fret! Call the Disney Reservation Center at (407) 560-CHAT or (407) 560-2428 and a friendly Cast Member will happily look up your balance information for you. You'll be able to pay any amount over the phone too!
