Welcome to planDisney! I am so glad you stopped by with your question. Once you have booked a stay at The Most Magical Place on Earth, you should be able to view your payment details on
the Walt Disney World website. Click on
the My Disney Experience tab, and select My Plans and Tickets. Scroll down to your upcoming reservation, and there will be an option to Make a Payment. When clicking this link, you should be able to see your current balance, as well as any payments previously made. You can also double-check your email for any confirmation details you may have received from Disney Destinations.
I do want to mention that if you booked your upcoming visit through a travel professional, these details will now show up on the website. You will need to get all payment information from the agency that booked your stay. If you still cannot find the deposit information, I recommend
reaching out to a friendly Cast Member with Tickets and Hotel Reservations by phone. They will be able to share any payment details you need.
Before your arrival, be sure to
download the My Disney Experience app. This will be your go-to guide throughout your visit. The app has everything from attraction wait times to character meet and greet locations. You can also place
Mobile Food & Beverage Orders for your favorite Quick Service meals and snacks. This can be a real time-saver on a busy day!
