    We have an upcoming reservation at AKL- but we also have two wait lists that we are really hoping that one will come through! My question is, if I do the online checkin for AKL, will it change our wait list status at all? Thanks so much!

    Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  I am sure that even if your waitlists do not come through, you will still have a great time at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas!  Whether you are staying at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Jambo House or Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village, these are amazing resorts with beautiful decor and the opportunity to see unique animals at nearly every turn.

    I spoke with a cast member at Disney Vacation Club who let me know that checking in online will not impact your waitlist status.  Even if you do check in online, your waitlists will remain active.  If one of your waitlists comes through, you will be notified, and then you will simply need to check in online again for that resort.
