I have an upcoming Disneyland Park reservation for 5 tickets but one guest can't make it. I want to reduce my reservation down to 4 tickets & save the 5th ticket for later. How can I do this without cancelling and re-doing?

    Hi Tiffany,

It's so great to hear that you have your own Fab Five just like Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, and Pluto! Though I'm sorry to hear that one of your Fab Five can't make it to join you in all the magic of the Disneyland Resort.

While the theme park tickets you purchased are nonrefundable, you are able to cancel a theme park reservation that you made. Theme park reservations can't be modified, but they can be canceled.

If you sign in to your Disney account and go to your My Theme Park Reservations page, you should see a display of your theme park reservations. When you click on your reservation and look at the details, you should see an option to cancel the reservation. You'll see that you can select the names of the Guests in your party for whom you want to cancel the reservation. In your case, you should be able to cancel the theme park reservation for only the one Guest who is not able to join you.

Tiffany, I do hope this helps give you the information you need to update your theme park reservations. If you need additional assistance with your tickets, you can reach out to the Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team by calling them at (714) 781-4636.

Here's wishing you a wonderful and magical visit to the Disneyland Resort!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
