Welcome to planDisney, James! Your
Disney Cruise must be getting close if you’re planning your online check-in.
I have some good news. If your reservations are linked, you can check in for both reservations 30 days before you set sail. If you can see both reservations online, they are connected. However, you will have to check in each stateroom individually.
To help this process go smoothly, you’ll need a picture of everyone’s passport or citizenship documents, contact and emergency contact information, credit card number for the onboard account, and an individual color photo of each guest taken with a neutral background. I like to keep all the pictures in a folder on my computer, so it’s easy to find.
If you haven’t already done so, I recommend downloading the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. You can use the app to communicate with your crew, take a peek at dining menus, and see your itinerary all in one place.
James, I hope this helps your check-in go smoothly! Please sail back to planDisney if you have any additional questions. My pals and I are always happy to help.
SEAS the adventure,
Tracie
