Hi Marcia! Welcome to planDisney.
Gawrsh! I am so sorry to read you are having some health concerns keeping you from your planned
Walt Disney World Resort visit during
The World's Most Magical Celebration. Have no fear, this celebration 50 yEARS in the making continues for 18 magical months. Come back to indulge in specialty-themed treats found in the
50th Anniversary Celebration Sips and Bites Guide.
Because I do not see you entered an arrival date, I want to cover an important time-sensitive matter related to
Theme Park Tickets. While Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets are
nonrefundable and nontransferable, you have until midnight the day before your scheduled visit to change your start date without penalty. First thing, check the theme park
availability calendar to choose a new date. Found one? Great! Grab your smartphone and let's get to work.
Open the
My Disney Experience Mobile App and click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner. Select "Tickets and Passes" and locate your ticket. Click on it and follow the prompts to "Change Ticket." Please note, that theme park tickets are date-based in price. If there is a difference in cost, you will be prompted to submit payment. If your date changes again, simply repeat the process. I am suggesting you immediately go to the
Disney Park Pass Reservation page and secure your new date.
Marcia, I am Wishing Upon a Star and sending virtual Pixie Dust to you for good health! Get well to hurry back to the Magic to enjoy the two all-new nighttime spectaculars. At
Magic Kingdom Park, enjoy
Disney Enchantment or head on over to
EPCOT to marvel in
Harmonious.
Keeping it Magical,
Cindy
