Hi we have some unused waterpark tickets from several years ago. During our stay in January we were told they were still valid. How do I know for sure is there a code to submit?

Hi Burt! With Disney's new systems of My Disney Experience linking old tickets can be a little difficult. My suggestion is to look over this Question and Answer Page about tickets and see if your water park tickets qualify to be used. When I have unused tickets I prefer to bring them with my on my next visit and have the Guest Relations cast members link them for me. If you want to call please have all of your unused tickets with you and call 407-939-7523. They will assist you in seeing if these tickets are valid and if they can be linked to each person who used them to begin with. Hope you have some good news in seeing that you can head to the water parks on your next visit.
