Susan from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I have 2 unused two day park hopper tickets that expired December 30,2020. I have also purchased two more online to be able to make a reservation. I am not able to link the unused park hopper tickets to my account to be able to make a reservation for four.

    Hey Susan!

    Welcome to planDisney!

Thanks for bringing your question here today. You must be so excited that the Happiest Place on Earth is open again! Magic is Back and Cast Members can’t wait to welcome you back into the theme parks! You know who else can’t wait to welcome you back? Mickey, Minnie and the rest of their pals are so excited to see you and they can’t wait to take selfies, wave and interact with you- socially distanced of course!

I am sorry to hear that you are not able to link your unused Park Hopper Tickets. Without seeing them I can’t confirm for sure but it does appear that those tickets have been extended through December 16, 2021. If you’ve double checked the numbers you are entering and tried scanning them through the Disneyland Mobile App without luck, you’re going to either need to call Disney Ticket Services or you can also use the chat feature on the Disneyland Mobile App.

Well Susan, I hope you can get this fixed so you can keep planning your trip!

Remember, always believe in the Magic!
