Hi there, Victoria!
Welcome to
planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question. My fellow panelists and I are here to help with all aspects of preparing for a Disney vacation. Let's talk about using a previously acquired theme park ticket for your October adventure!
Most Walt Disney World
theme park tickets can be modified to be valid for future dates. Many times you can even upgrade them yourself on the My Disney Experience website or
mobile app. Because you have an exclusive convention ticket not available to the general public, you will likely need to call Disney so a Cast Member can assist you in changing your ticket. If your ticket was never linked to your My Disney Experience account, be sure to bring all paperwork or e-mail confirmations you received upon purchase. In certain ticket situations, you'll need to speak to a Cast Member in person so they can see and scan the ticket media. If you are unsuccessful over the phone, you can visit a theme park ticketing window or the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs upon arrival.
I hope everything works out for you, Victoria, and that you have a wonderful fall getaway to the Most Magical Place on Earth. Are you a fan of spooky season? If so, consider attending
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party during your trip. It's one of my favorite annual special events and fun for Guests of all ages.
Mickey's Boo-To-You Halloween Parade is fantastic, and the
Hocus Pocus Villas Spelltacular is a must-see for fans of this classic film. Thanks again for sending your question our way, and if there's anything else we can do to make your enchanting escape even more memorable, don't hesitate to write back.
Wishing you a magical day,
Betsy
