I have unused tickets from March 24, 2020 that were unable to be used due to the park shutting down because of covid-19. How can i now use the tickets in February 2023?

Hi Janet, and welcome to planDisney!

I know many were unable to visit Walt Disney World Resort during the shutdown, and I understand that it was a disappointing time.

The good news is that despite the closure, the current value of your unused theme park tickets can be used for your upcoming visit in 2023. To get the assistance you need, call (407) 566-4985 so that a Cast Member can provide you with the details associated with the purchased tickets. You will be responsible for any additional costs associated with the new dates (if applicable). Once your new theme park tickets are in place, you can link them to your My Disney Experience account, so you can make your theme park reservations using the Disney Parks Pass System

Have the most magical time, and let us know if you have additional questions.
