Welcome to planDisney, Samantha! It's always good to answer a question from a fellow New Jersey resident.
You can typically see all
theme park tickets that are associated with your account in
My Disney Experience as long as they have been linked to your account. To do this, log into your MyDisney account, select "
My Plans" from the My Disney Experience dropdown menu, scroll down, and click "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" under the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" heading. Here is where you should see your theme park tickets listed. If for some reason they aren't there, you can always
reach out to a friendly Cast Member on the Existing Tickets line at the resort and they'd be happy to help you out.
If you are looking to use the value you paid for those theme park tickets towards a new ticket purchase, you can usually do that right where you see the ticket. Next to the ticket in question, there should be a "Change Ticket" link. If you select that and follow the prompts, you should be able to change your dates. Please keep in mind that according to the
Terms & Conditions, if your new theme park ticket is more expensive, you will be required to pay the difference at the time you change your ticket dates. If your new theme park ticket is less expensive, you will not receive a refund for the difference. If you run into any issues or the "Change Ticket" link isn't there, once again,
a Cast Member would be happy to assist.
Now that that's out of the way, let's chat for a second about how you are going to be at the
Walt Disney World Resort during both the
Halloween and
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival seasons. I'm not sure it gets better than that! Even if you're not planning on attending
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party (which is highly recommended), there are so many
Halloween-themed treats, decor, and
merchandise available throughout the resort. And then there are the
Global Marketplaces at the signature festival of
EPCOT.
Take a look at those menus. Take a look at the lineup for the
Eat to the Beat Concert Series. Take a look at the
merchandise. And then when you're there, do it all!
Samantha, I hope your October trip is a great one! If you have any other questions,
just reach out again and I'll get those answers for you!
Every problem is an opportunity to find a solution,
Matt
