eTicket Terms and Conditions, it states that unless otherwise stated, expired tickets that are not special event tickets and that are wholly, unused, may use the value of the expired ticket towards the purchase of a new ticket of equal or greater value. To inquire about this and try to exchange your expired ticket for a new ticket, I recommend reaching out to
Ticket Services for help from a Cast Member.
