I have unused tickets from 1997. I contacted your office by phone and was instructed to email photos of my tickets with a note. This was done September 20, 2021. I received notification my message was received. How long will it take to hear back?

    Hey Ann!

A warm welcome to planDisney. Thank you for visiting us with your wondEARful question about determining the number of days remaining on your unused Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket.

Ann, what you were told is correct. You can determine the remaining days on your theme park ticket from home by emailing ticket.usage@disneyworld.com and including information such as your full name, a photo of the front and back of your theme park ticket, where and when your theme park ticket was purchased, and your telephone number.

Normally, Cast Members try their hardest to get back to you as soon as possible, but it can take up to 14 days to receive a response. October 4, 2021, would have been 14 days for you. At this point, you should have received a response. I encourage you to e-mail them again, Ann. Please be sure to let them know you have been waiting longer than a month to receive a response.

If you have any other questions, please visit planDisney again. We are always hEAR to help you!

    Wishing you a Magical Vacation,
