EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival as well?! How lucky is that?
The Garden Rocks Concert Series will surely make you want to boogie down with your fellow Guests to the fantastic artists scheduled to perform throughout the festival. But, these concerts are super popular, so if you’re looking to snag a good seat, I recommend arriving at the America Gardens Theatre in the American Adventure Pavilion at least 45 minutes in advance to get a spot.
Now, on to your question, Dawn! So, I think you are asking about an expired, unused ticket and how to apply that to your upcoming visit. If you have unused tickets from a postponed visit, they will have expired, but the value of the tickets remains under your account and can be absolutely be used toward a future visit. Great news, right, Dawn? The only way to apply this credit toward a new ticket purchase is by calling Guest Relations directly at (407) 934-7639, where a Cast Member will be happy to help you. Unfortunately, there have been some longer wait times lately, but I’ve heard that they’re sometimes just a bit shorter in the morning or later in the evening, so I recommend giving it a shot then!
It is important to note that entirely unused means that none of the days on your ticket were used. For example, let's say you purchased a four-day park hopper. If you entered a theme park for three days of your four-day ticket, you would not be able to use the value of your single unused day toward a future visit. Therefore, all four days would need to be wholly unused to still hold value.
Once you have your tickets purchased, you can then get started on making your theme park reservations. As a reminder, you will need a reservation for the first park you plan to visit each day. Then, if you have purchased the
Park Hopper Option for your ticket, you can head over to a different park after 2 p.m. each afternoon. To make your theme park reservation, simply log into your
My Disney Experience app and click on the “+” at the bottom of the menu bar. From there, click on “Make a Park Reservation” then “Theme Park Tickets” and follow the prompts to secure your reservation. It may be helpful to first check out the
theme park reservation availability calendar to see if any parks are sold out during your visit.
