Hey, there Dasvid, and welcome to planDisney; the most magical place on the internet for answers to your Disney vacation questions. Mickey Mouse knows that life sometimes gets in the way and plans have to change so he built in a guarantee for Guests whose tickets have expired.
Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire. If the ticket is valid and completely unused then you may apply the original price of that ticket towards another ticket of equal or greater value if the
terms and conditions of your ticket allow it. This will be located in your confirmation email. You do not have to purchase the new ticket before the expiration date of the original ticket. Just make sure you keep the ticket and ticket number in a safe place in case the Disney eTicket falls out of your (or your daughter's)
Disneyland Mobile App account.
For assistance in applying an expired ticket value to a new ticket, I recommend you speak with a Cast Member at
Ticket Services or you may visit a ticket or Guest Services window at either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park. Remember you may need both a valid ticket and a
theme park reservation to enter the world of "yesterday, tomorrow, and fantasy" (policies are subject to change at any time).
Dasvid, I hope this information helps you and your daughter have an amazing adventure whenever you can make it together. The best memories are those we create with family. Please feel free to
write me back directly with any follow-up questions.
Enjoy making many Magical Memories.
