Hi Tim,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for sending us your question. I was so excited to hear that Disneyland Resort will soon be welcoming guests back to the Happiest Place on Earth, you will finally be able to use your Theme Park Tickets!
With the
closure of Disneyland Resort last year, most Theme Park Ticket expiration dates were automatically extended to December 16, 2021. If you are unable to use your Theme Park Ticket by that date, guests are able to apply the value of the wholly unused Theme Park Ticket toward your purchase of a new Theme Park Admission.
It has been announced that
Disneyland will open for California Residents at first, in accordance to current guidelines. For those eligible, Theme Park Reservations will be available to book as of April 12. Once out of state guests are able to visit, you will need to make a Theme Park Reservation for every day you would like to visit. In the mean time, I would recommend linking your Theme Park Ticket to your Disney Account, so when you are able to make a Theme Park Reservation you are all set!
I hope my answer was useful, Tim. Sending you extra Pixie Dust in hope that Disneyland Resort will open for out of state guests like us soon!
