I have unused 2019 three day pass tickets, can I reuse or redeem them? I bought the tickets from MWR at the Naval base. I am a Veteran.

Hello Pantaleon! Welcome to planDisney! We appreciate you bringing your question to us. On behalf of all of us at planDisney, I would like to thank you for your service. As a Navy wife, I want you to know the dedication and commitment during your service doesn't go unnoticed.

I'm sorry to hear that you were unable to use your previously purchased tickets. I'm not sure which ticket type these were, but I am happy to share that you should be able to exchange these tickets. Per the eTicket Terms and Conditions, any wholly unused, expired tickets are able to be exchanged for a ticket of a new ticket of equal or greater value. In order to do this, you will need to bring tickets to the Main Entrance Ticket Booth and have a Cast Member complete the transaction.

Please note that all tickets are required to have a theme park reservation for entry. I would double check the Theme Park Ticket Availability Calendar to make sure that there is still availability right before you head there as I would hate for you to arrive to exchange the tickets and then there not be availability. If you would like any further information or clarification, I would suggest reaching out to Ticket Services.

I hope you are able to get your new Park Hopper tickets squared away. I noticed you are planning on arriving very soon! I wanted to make sure that you knew about the Lunar New Year festival going on over at Disney California Adventure Park. This celebration is full of entertainment and specialty food and beverages. It's one of my favorite festivals of the year and I hope you can use your Park Hopper to check it out.

Pantaleon, thank you again for your service. We appreciate you stopping by.
