Can unused passes be shared by family memebers?

Typically, Nicole, once a guest has used a Disney Park pass, it is not transferable.  Only that individual can use the remaining days on the pass.  For instance, if I have two unused days on a multi-day ticket, I cannot give them to my mother.  I'm the only person who could gain admission to a Disney Park using that ticket.
