Welcome to planDisney, Stephanie. We're so glad you stopped by to ask us this question.
So let's see. We do know that tickets purchased today that are wholly unused and expired (excluding special event tickets) can be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket as long as the price of the new ticket is equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket (
according to the terms and conditions). I decided to phone a friend because your ticket is a bit older and expired a while ago.
I chatted with a Cast Member who shared that it would be best for you to contact the Guest Information and Ticket Sales team for additional assistance. These friendly Cast Members will be able to verify your ticket and provide you with your options and next steps. They can be reached at (714) 520-7059.
Stephanie, I'm sorry this isn't a direct answer and requires some additional research, however, I hope this helps point you in the right direction. I also hope that some magic comes your way and you'll be visiting the Disneyland Resort soon.
So many wonderful things are happening with the
Disney100 Celebration in full swing. Have you had a chance to check out either of the new nighttime spectaculars? If you have a chance, I highly recommend experiencing
Wondrous Journeys. The view from Sleeping Beauty Castle is fantastic, however, if you're looking for a place that might be a little more low-key, I'd try heading over to "it's a small world" for a fantastic presentation of the projections.
Thanks again for stopping by. Please come back to ask us any other questions - we love to help!
