Welcome to planDisney, Rosio! Thanks so much for your great question!
The
Disneyland Resort has announced
expiration date extensions for wholly unused, non-promotional multi-day tickets that expire on January 12, 2021 or April 13, 2021. These tickets will have the expiration date extended to December 16, 2021. And, the ticket will expire 13 days after first use or on December 16, 2021, whichever occurs first.
But, there is no need to worry even if your ticket type has not been extended. According to
eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of
Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. When you’re ready to visit, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth and, ask a Cast Member to apply your eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase.
Please reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636, with any additional questions. A Cast Member will be able to assist you further.
Thanks for stopping by planDisney! Please be sure to bring us more questions in the future!
