Theme Park Tickets. I will be happy to try and get you more information on their usage so you can get back to planning your upcoming trip.
Around the time of your purchase, you may have had a couple of options that will impact this answer. You may have had the option of purchasing tickets with a "No Expiration Date" benefit. If these tickets do not have an expiration date to them, you should be able to use them just like any ticket without an issue.
If they are tickets with an expiration date, Disney is usually good about honoring the price you paid for them. In most cases, Disney will allow you to apply the amount that was paid for these tickets when purchased to the purchase of new tickets with new dates of usage.
Either way,
give Disney a call and make sure to have your tickets handy as a Cast Member will need some information from them to either add these tickets to your My Disney Experience account or apply the price you paid to a new theme park ticket purchase. They will be able to set you up so your next trip will be smooth sailing into the parks!
