Ken from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I have unused Florida 3 Day Discover Disney Tickets that were useable between January 2-June 30, 2020. We could not go due to Covid 19. Have they been extended? I am visiting in November and have a reservation. Could I get a credit toward new tickets?

    Hi Ken,

Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. It's great to hear you're planning a visit to Walt Disney World Resort. You'll have so much magic awaiting you when you return.

My best suggestion to find out the current expiration details for the tickets you purchased is to reach out to the Walt Disney World ticketing team at (407)-566-4985. You can also use the online chat service, and you can use the "Chat with Us" feature available in the My Disney Experience mobile app. The cast members with the ticketing team can provide helpful information and options on how you can use the tickets. One of those options could be applying the amount you paid for the tickets towards the purchase of new theme park tickets.

Ken, it sounds like you'll be visiting at a great time to take in all the fun of “The World’s Most Magical Celebration.” Getting to celebrate Walt Disney World's 50th anniversary looks like it will be such a fun experience.

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
