How do I use my unused expired tickets towards the purchase of new tickets. I have my physical tickets .they expired during covid closures and I was unable to use them.

Hello there, Cameron! Welcome to planDisney, where we aim to help our fellow Disney-loving Guests plan Disney vacations that are practically perfect in every way.

Although I'm sorry to hear that you had to cancel your original vacation to the Disneyland Resort in 2020, I'm thrilled that you're going to get the chance to experience it very soon! The same exact thing happened to me, and it felt awesome to have something to look forward to.

Cameron, according to the Disney eTicket Terms and Conditions, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort Theme Park tickets may be applied towards the purchase of new Theme Park tickets at the current price, so long as the new ticket purchase price is equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original tickets.

In order for you to redeem this credit and apply it towards the purchase of new Theme Park tickets, you have two options. Your first option is to visit any Guest Relations location throughout the Disneyland Resort, and your second option is to speak to a friendly Cast Member at (714) 781-4636. Both of these options will work just the same! Finally, my personal recommendation for you would be to make your Theme Park reservations as soon as you have secured your new tickets.

Cameron, I hope that your upcoming vacation to the Happiest Place on Earth is everything you wish for and more! If you have any other questions, you know where to find us.

    See you real soon,

    Ana Paula
