Hi , we have unused disney tickets that we would like to use in September. Can you advise as to the process?

    Hello Judi!

Thanks for coming to planDisney and asking a great question! I love to use the My Disney Experience App to keep track of my tickets and MagicBands. It is fantastic that you have unused Walt Disney World tickets.

You will need to link your Walt Disney World tickets to your My Disney Experience Account. The first thing that you need to do is create a My Disney Experience account online if you do not have one yet. You can sign in if you already have a My Disney Experience account. Once you have signed in, you can link your tickets. If you do not see your tickets, you will need to link your tickets by pressing the plus (+) button at the top right of the Tickets and Passes page in the My Disney Experience App. Select the Link Tickets & Passes (you will be given two options-1. Ticket or Pass and 2. Room with Tickets). If you only have tickets, pick the first option of the two options and type in the ID code on your ticket or pass (if you need help finding your ticket ID Code, you can press the "Where is the ID Code" to get help and examples). You can repeat this process for all park tickets to link them to your My Disney Experience account. Once the tickets are linked, you can assign them to a particular person, including yourself and whoever is traveling on vacation with you.

I hope that your September Walt Disney World vacation is incredible!
