Aloha, Brandon! E komo mai and mahalo for visiting us at planDisney. I’m happy to hear you have some travel plans coming up. Let’s see if we can explore ways to get your tickets into use!
The good news is, previously purchased tickets (including unused expired tickets) can be
applied towards the purchase of new tickets. In addition to valid tickets, you will need
theme park reservations for entry. Since the parks reopened, Disneyland Resort is taking the
health and safety of all Guests and Cast Members very seriously, hence managing the number of people in the parks at a given time through the reservation system.
I am looking at the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar right now and I see availability for February 27, as well as March 1-3. Reservation availability changes very rapidly. As Guests change plans, I have seen reservations become available (and unavailable) within minutes. Hence, even if your desired date is currently not available, I recommend continuing to check.
As far as confirming how to apply the value of your tickets towards new tickets, I recommend contacting Ticket Services in advance of your visit, either
via phone or through the “Chat with Us” feature in the
Disneyland mobile app. This way you will know what to expect.
Brandon, I am sending you a pinch of pixie dust to get the reservations you’d like. I hope the wayfinder in you navigates your way to the
Disneyland Resort very soon.
Mahalo nui loa,
Kamini
