I have unused days remaining on tickets that I purchased in early 2000. How do I use these remaining days?

    Hi, there!

Welcome to planDisney, Robin. I'm so happy to hear you're planning another Walt Disney World Resort vacation. It's the very best kind if you ask me!

Not knowing all the details about the unused days you have left on your tickets, I recommend emailing the Ticketing Team at ticket.usage@disneyworld.com. Be sure to include the following information:

    1. Photograph or scan of the front and back of each ticket
    2. Your full name
    3. When and where your ticket was purchased
    4. Purchaser's name and form of payment
    5. Phone number where you can be reached during the day

A friendly Cast Member will get back to you as soon as possible! You can also try calling the Ticketing Team at (407) 566-4985.

Once you have your tickets all sorted out, you'll need to make Theme Park Reservations via the Disney Park Pass System. The Disney Park Pass System is part of Disney's phased reopening process meant to manage attendance and encourage social distancing. Be sure to check the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar for available reservations for your upcoming visit.

I hope this was helpful, Robin. Please visit us again soon with any new questions you may have about the Walt Disney World Resort!
