We have unused days on our 7 day disney tickets from October 2004 and 2006. Is it possible to use these when we are in Orlando in March 2011 and how do we go about finding out how many days we have left? Thank you.

    Hi Louise,

First of all, the tickets can be checked for any unused days at either the Lobby Concierge Desk or Guest Relations locations at the WDW Resorts or in the Theme Parks.  I have heard that they may even be allowing guests to check them over the phone by calling Walt Disney World Ticketing at (407) 566-4985, please keep in mind that this method is subject to change at any time and it also depends on which Cast Member you may be speaking with as well.

You will be able to use the one ticket you have from the year 2004 (whichever amount of days you have left on it), but not the other Park Ticket from 2006.  Please see the following information taken directly from the WDW Website on this matter which is from the FAQ section for Tickets and Vacation Packages:

Will Walt Disney World tickets purchased years ago still be honored?

Walt Disney World Resort will continue to honor all tickets purchased prior to the announcement of the new pricing structure that began on January 2, 2005

    Hope this helps.

    Best wishes,
    Brigitta
