Stitch been up to his antics again? Well, I hope I can offer some information to help you find the best support for your needs.
You may wish to start by reaching out to a Cast Member with the
Tickets phone line. They should be able to verify that the ticket is still valid. The good folks with the
Website Support phone line may be a good resource for technical glitches when
using the website to link tickets. Finally, if you have a valid
theme park ticket barcode and you know that your friend has already booked the necessary
theme park reservation, you can take that barcode to be scanned at the starting theme park of your reservation for admission. I would recommend then proceeding to any of the
Guest Relations locations to request assistance from the amazing Cast Members there.
Tony’s Tip: If you feel like you would like to have a printed ticket card, you may visit one of the main Guest Relations locations to request one. In
Disneyland Park, you can stop by City Hall. In
Disney California Adventure Park, swing by the Chamber of Commerce.
