Hi Cherry!
Welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad that you found us hEAR, and thank you for bringing this great
Disneyland Resort planning question to us.
I sadly don't have the proper magic mirror to be able to pull up your individual "My Disney account", and because of that I'm also unable to dig a little deeper into the exact
Walt Disney World Resort tickets that you purchased or when you were initially set to use them. But I think you're asking about completely unused tickets, as in you cancelled a trip to Mickey's Florida house. Unfortunately,
theme park admission tickets are non-transferrable between the two coasts. (Ie: Walt Disney World Resort tickets are unable to be used at Disneyland Resort and vis versa.) The good thing is that your completely unused tickets
will retain their value until you're able to use them in the future; even if there is a price difference between what you initially paid and the type of tickets or seasonal tier when you are able to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth, you'll be able to apply these tickets towards the new total and then pay the difference.
If I completely missed the mark on the question you were asking, feel free to write back Or call the Walt Disney World Resort Guest Relations - Tickets line at (407) 939-1289.
I hope that you're able to visit Mickey and his friends soon, Cherry. And thank you again for this great question! We'll See Ya Real Soon!
