How do I unlink 4 tickets to my traveling party for a specific trip? We will not be using those 5day tickets and only going one day (with newly purchased 1 day tickets). I do not need to reassign the ticket to another person but not use those tickets.

    Hi Anita, welcome to planDisney!

Mickey is waiting with open arms to welcome you to Walt Disney World Resort next month. Have you decided on your party's must-do attractions? I hope you're planning to put an exclamation point at the end of your Disney day by experiencing one of the new nighttime spectaculars that debuted as part of the 50th Anniversary Celebration: Disney Enchantment at Magic Kingdom park and Harmonious at EPCOT.

You really made your words count in the phrasing of your question, Anita, and I know exactly what you're talking about. You want to ensure your newly purchased 1-day tickets get used on your upcoming trip instead of your 5-day tickets. Said differently, you wish to prioritize the tickets linked to members of your traveling party in My Disney Experience.

Ticket prioritization cannot currently be seen or changed by Guests like you and me, which is why I'm so thankful for the magic of Disney Cast Members. Prior to entering a theme park, stop by a Guest Relations window to make sure your tickets are prioritized the way you would like them to be. Make sure you do this before you enter the theme park, or else you run the risk of using the wrong ticket by mistake. If you have time and patience, you can also call and speak to a Cast Member at the Existing Tickets number to handle this before your trip.

Rest assured, Anita, you can still proceed with linking the newly purchased tickets and using the Disney Park Pass system to make theme park reservations now, before speaking with a Cast Member. That was my biggest worry when dealing with a similar situation recently.

I hope your priorities for your upcoming park day include laughter, imagination, dreams, and plenty of snacks. Hope to see you at planDisney again soon!

    Choose magic,
    Jennifer
