How do I unlink tickets so my daughter can link to Disney Experience to add fast pass and link her CC?

    Hi Brenda, welcome to planDisney!

I hope your daughter's Walt Disney World Resort vacation that's starting in just a few days includes you! The 50th Anniversary Celebration continues through March 31 and we'll be saying a fond farewell to Disney Enchantment and Harmonious on April 2. Thankfully, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is here to stay!

Once an unused ticket has been linked to a My Disney Experience account or account profile, it can be reassigned to a member of your Family & Friends List. It sounds like your daughter's ticket may be linked to an account profile housed in your account, in which case your task is to merge that profile with her own My Disney Experience account. Follow these steps to complete this task online:

    1. Make sure your daughter has created her own My Disney Experience account.
    2. Click "Update" next to your daughter's name on your Family & Friends List. Note that the profile you're updating should say "Plans managed by me."
    3.  Click "Share planning with [daughter's name.]"
    4. Enter the email address associated with your daughter's My Disney Experience account and click "Continue."
    5. Once your daughter accepts the email invitation to connect, all of the vacation entitlements housed in your account (including her ticket) will transfer to her new account. You will stay connected as Family & Friends, which means you can view and make plans for each other.

Here are the steps to follow to complete the same task in the My Disney Experience mobile app:

    1. Click your daughter's name on your Family & Friends List (three small lines at the bottom right of the home screen --> scroll down to "My Profile" --> "Family & Friends List" tab).
    2. Click "Send Email" at the bottom.
    3. Enter the email address associated with your daughter's My Disney Experience account and click "Send Invitation."
    4. As above, once your daughter accepts the email invitation to connect, all of her vacation entitlements will be linked to one account.

Your daughter will be able to purchase Disney Genie+ service for anyone on her Family & Friends List with valid admission and a theme park reservation via the Tip Board of her My Disney Experience app (three small lines --> Tip Board) anytime after midnight each park day. Before her first park day, she can add a payment method to her account, which will streamline the purchase process (three small lines --> My Profile --> Payment Method).

I hope this information helps your daughter unlock the magic that's in store for her this week, Brenda. If I misunderstood your situation, please follow up with me directly and include as many details as possible.

    Choose magic,
    Jennifer
