How can I unlink tickets from my account. I am changing the type of ticket I will be using. Thanks

    Hi, Carrol!

With the My Disney Experience account, it is nice to see all of your tickets and reservations listed. You can even make some changes on your own which is nice. If you have a new, unused ticket linked to your name, you can move it to another guest. Simple click on "Reassign Ticket" and choose who should get that ticket from your Friends and Family list.

If you want something more detailed done (it is an old ticket with no expiration days, or maybe you added an Annual Pass) you should give a call to the Internet Help Desk at (407)939-7765. If you will have multiple tickets on your account, tell the cast member you are speaking with that you want to "prioritize  your tickets." Let him/her know what tickets you want used first, and the tickets can be listed in priority order.

I have called this number several times, and the cast members have always been super helpful. They understand there are many ticket scenarios and will be happy to assist you. If you have any other questions, let me know! I want all your tickets straightened out so you can come and go from the parks with ease!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
