    How do I unlink tickets

    Welcome to planDisney, Mady.

Thanks for stopping by with your question. I'm so honored that you've chosen to be our Guest. How exciting that you have tickets to The Most Magical Place on Earth. You're never too old to be young at Walt Disney World.

Mady, if you have unused Theme Park tickets, then you'll be pleased to know that you can reassign them to another person on your Family & Friends list.

To link someone to your Family & Friends list, simply open your My Disney Experience Mobile App and tap on the three bars in the bottom right-hand corner. Scroll down and tap on "My Profile." Tap on "My Family & Friends List," then "Add a Guest," and then “Scan Their Linking Code.” It'll then give you instructions for how your friends/family can access their linking code.  Once you scan their code they'll be added to your Friends & Family list.

Once that happens, you can reassign your ticket(s) to them. Here's how you do it:

    - Sign in to your My Disney Experience account via your browser.
    - Visit the "My Reservations" section.
    - Locate the ticket you wish to reassign.
    - Select the “Reassign Ticket” link to the right of the ticket.

You can reassign the ticket until its first usage. However, once someone uses a ticket, it cannot be reassigned.

I hope that's clarifying, Mady. Always feel free to reach out again if you have any further questions

    See ya real soon!
