Hi there, Leslie!
Welcome to
planDisney, and thanks for stopping by with your question. I know that so many of us can’t wait to get back to the Happiest Place on Earth, and it sounds like you're also busy planning your next visit to the
Disneyland Resort!
Using the
Disneyland mobile app, you should be able to view the tickets linked to your Disney account. Tap on the icon in the lower right corner of your screen that looks like three horizontal lines to reach the main menu. Select "Tickets and Passes" near the upper right corner to display any linked tickets. You may have to swipe left or right to see all of them.
If you’ve done this and you see a ticket that doesn’t belong to you or should no longer be linked to your account, this is my advice. Typically, you could visit Guest Services at the resort to remove a ticket from your account. However, since the parks and ticket booths are still closed, I suggest calling the resort’s ticket helpline directly at (714) 781-4636 for live assistance from a Cast Member. However, keep in mind that when you create your
theme park reservation online, all your linked tickets will be listed but you can choose which tickets you want to use to create the reservation. You don’t have to select every ticket when you create your party, so you could just exclude the ticket that doesn’t belong until you’re able to speak with a Cast Member who can help you remove it from your Disney account.
I hope you were able to find a solution, Leslie, and that you will have a pixie-dusted visit at the Happiest Place on Earth very soon! Please write back with any other vacation planning questions you may have.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
