    How can I unlink a ticket from an account?

    Thanks for linking up with planDisney. In less than a month you will be soaring high on Dumbo the Flying Elephant and rising to the challenge on Avatar: Flight of Passage. Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade also reopens in time for your visit, which is definitely something to celebrate!

    You can reassign a fully unused ticket in your My Disney Experience account to a member of your Family and Friends list online or in the My Disney Experience mobile app. Online, hover over the My Disney Experience menu on the Walt Disney World Resort website and click "My Plans." Scroll down to "My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets," and click on the "Tickets and Memory Maker" tab. Tickets that are eligible to be reassigned will have a reassigned ticket dropdown menu on the right. Select someone from your Family and Friends list or click to "Add a Guest." In the My Disney Experience app, click the three, small horizontal lines at the bottom right of your home screen and "Tickets and Passes." The "Reassign Ticket" button will appear for eligible tickets. 

    If these steps do not accomplish your goal, Imaani, you may need to speak with a Cast Member that specializes in My Disney Experience at (407) 939-4357.
