How do I unlink a reservation and link a new reservation?

    Hey Howdy Hey Christina!

Yee-Haw! We’re happy to have you visiting planDisney today. It sounds like you are asking about unlinking a Walt Disney World Resort reservation. This can typically be done by visiting your My Disney Experience account (or app)  and selecting the, “My Reservations” tab. Once there, you will see a “Modify Reservation” tab. Click that, and apply the changes you need to. Once completed, you’ll be back to riding like the wind in no time!

Christina, if you happen to get stuck or don’t see the “Modify Reservation” option, you can always give the Walt Disney World Resort a call. A Cast Member will be more than happy to help you navigate through these tumbleweeds.

After the updates have been made, I recommend signing out of your account so that the new information can refresh. When you log back in, you should see the new reservation applied to your account. I hope this helps straighten out your plans. Be sure to let us know if there’s anything else we can help with.

    So long partner!

Meet the Panelist: Shantel, Alabama

Hi ya Pals! I'm Shantel, an Army wife and mom of two. I grew up going to the parks, and now we're sharing that tradition with our kids. When I am not visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, I'm at home researching and planning for our next trip. One of my favorite things to do is search for new snacks to try, especially if they are Mickey shaped. I'm definitely living the dream my heart wished for! I cannot wait to answer your questions and help make your vacation even more magical!
