Andrea from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

How can I unlink a military salute Disneyland park hopper from my DL app? One day of the ticket was used pre COVID. Since I am not a CA resident my friends in CA need to be able to use the ticket which was purchased for their daughter. Help!

    Hello, Andrea!

Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by, and we are very excited to answer your question regarding your Disneyland Theme Park Tickets!

This is a really great question! What you need to do is call 714-781-4636 and speak to a very helpful Cast Member. This is the only way to unlink a ticket from your My Disneyland Account. After the Disneyland Military Salute Park Hopper Ticket has been unlinked from your account, then your friend will have access to link that ticket for their daughter to use on their next MAGICAL trip to the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH! WOO HOO!

We know the wait time to talk to a Cast Member the past few weeks have been extremely long. HOWEVER, I have some MAGICAL news for you! I am very happy to inform you that when I call the Disneyland Resort Ticket Center in the evening, I have only waited a few minutes! WOO HOO! (NOTE: I have found that calling in the morning or afternoon will definitely increase your wait time.)

As more and more TIGGER-ific information is shared about the phased reopening of the Disneyland Resort, I would highly recommend following Disneyland on all of its social media channels and subscribing to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information!

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!

    Wes
