    How do I unlink my magic key from someone else’s account?

    Hello there Monica, welcome to planDisney!

    I hope you are enjoying being a Disneyland Resort Magic Key holder and all of the wonderful benefits and discounts.  I know I would be taking advantage of the dining discounts for my favorite snacks each visit!  

    If your friend or family member is unable to remove it for you, then you will need to contact the Magic Key Holders Guest Services line to speak with a Cast Member.  You can contact them by phone, or even start a chat on the Disneyland site or Disneyland app.  I would have your Magic Key ID on hand, I'm hoping it's an easy process for you!  

    If you aren't already, I highly recommend following the official Disneyland Resort Magic Key Holders Instagram account.  It has all of the latest news, updates, and special opportunities exclusively for Magic Key holders just like you!
