Welcome to planDisney and thanks for bringing such a great question to us! I think it's wonderful that you've gotten yourself a
MagicBand+ to use when navigating the Disneyland Resort. There are so many cool designs and they're constantly releasing more and more, especially with the
Decades Collection for the Disney100 Celebration.
Have you linked your MagicBand+ to your account before? It's usually fairly easy to go into the
Disneyland Mobile App, find the "☰" Features Menu, and select the MagicBand+ screen. From here, you can reassign any MagicBand+ that is linked to your account. However, if you are no longer able to see the MagicBand+ on your screen because it's linked to another account and you no longer have access to this account to unlink it, I would recommend a factory reset. This will reset your MagicBand+ as if it were brand new, so you'll have to follow the
setup instructions again to link it to your account and then your ticket. In order to
factory reset the Band, make sure it is charged, then locate the button on the back. Press it once quickly, then press it again and hold it down for 15 seconds. You should feel three haptic buzzes and it will flash with rainbow colors. That means that it is restarting and when it flashes green, the Band has been reset.
