How to unlink a hotel reservation

    Welcome to planDisney, Sree!

We’re happy you trusted us with your question! We always want to help make things easy for Guests of Walt Disney World!

If you’re wanting to cancel your Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation here are the steps you’ll need to follow:
-Sign into the official Walt Disney World Resort website.
-Select “My Disney Experience” on the right-hand side of your screen.
-Toggle down and select “My Plans”.
-Scroll down the page until your Resort Hotel reservation is visible.
-Select the blue “Cancel Reservation” button next to your confirmation number

If you do not see the “Cancel Reservation” button next to your confirmation number, give a call to the Help Center and they’ll be able to process your request! If you’re looking to modify your Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation instead, the Help Center will also be able to help you with that. As there isn’t a way to “unlink” on the website or mobile app, you may need to chat with the Help Center as well if you are not wanting to officially cancel your reservation.

We hope to hear from you again, Sree! My friends and I at planDisney will always be here to help you with any of your Disney-needs!
