how can i unlink my disney pass from someone else’s disney account

Hi there, Vanessa! Thanks for taking the time to stop by planDisney with your question for us.

Linking theme park tickets or Magic Key passes with family and friends provides convenience when navigating the parks together. I may not have the fastest fingers (or reflexes!), but by linking my pass to my tech-savvy children’s accounts, they can help me snag spots in virtual queues.

It looks like you no longer want your Magic Key pass to be connected to someone else’s. It’s a fairly easy process to unlink! Simply contact Guest Services to be connected with a Cast Member to have your pass removed. You can do this by phone or utilize the chat feature on the Disneyland Resort website or in the Disneyland Mobile App

I hope you’ve been taking advantage of the perks and benefits associated with your Magic Key! In addition to the discounts on food, beverage, and merchandise, don’t miss special offerings and keepsakes just for Magic Key passholders! My daughter and I were just at Oogie Boogie Bash and she loved the Kuzco Poison Sipper inspired by the poison bottle in The Emperor’s New Groove.

If you have more questions for us, please don’t hesitate to stop by planDisney again!

    Have a magical day,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes or Disney Cruise Line voyages with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
