Hello can I unlink my annual pass and transfer to another account

    Hi Nicollette!

Becoming a Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder is so exciting because it unlocks a full year of magical trips. Plus, the Passholder Program offers so many benefits and discounts that you can take advantage of. I love that my Annual Pass includes all of my Disney PhotoPass photos that we take in the theme parks and I definitely take advantage of the dining and merchandise discounts while visiting the theme parks, Disney Resort hotels and Disney Springs!

If you have not yet used your Annual Pass to enter a theme park, then you can reassign your Annual Pass in online through your My Disney Experience account. When you go to My Disney Experience and navigate to the 'My Plans, Reservations and Tickets' section, select 'Tickets & Memory Maker' to view the tickets linked to your account. you can select the 'Reassign Ticket' option next to your Annual Pass, which allow you to reassign it to a different member of your My Disney Experience Friends & Family List. Unfortunately, if you have already used your Annual Pass to enter one of the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, then your ticket is non-transferrable and non-refundable and you will need to visit a theme park Guests Relations location for assistance. If you need additional assistance reassigning your ticket or have questions about your specific situation and account, you can always call (407) 560-7277 for Annual Pass help.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
